The Management of the Critically Ill Burns Patient Course is a one-day event showcasing the role of the multi-disciplinary team in improving patient outcomes. Many of the complexities involved in the management of the critically ill burns patient will be covered, including anaesthesia, surgical strategies, intensive care, ongoing burns research and the longer term psychological issues that patients can have following a burns injury.
Who should attend?
All interested people are welcome including intensivists, anaesthetists, surgeons, microbiologists, researchers, nurses, ODPs, pharmacists, dieticians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and psychologists.
What is the cost?
The course costs £100 for doctors and £50 for nurses, AHPs and students
