This meeting will bring together the RSM, the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, the Faculty of Surgical Trainers, Health Education England, and other influential medical education institutions to discuss the current status and the future of surgical training in the UK and beyond. Trainees will have the chance to meet and ask questions of the leaders of surgical training and those who influence policy in this area. This meeting is held jointly with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and in association with the Faculty of Surgical Trainers. The winners of the prestigious John Dawson and Adrian Tanner prizes will also be announced and will present their papers.
