| Ms Nicole Lee Network Manager, London and South East Burns Network (LSEBN) I started in burns in 2008 as a band 5 staff nurse working within the burns ITU looking after the burn injured patients requiring multi organ support. I moved into a senior band 6 after completion of my burns and ITU education. I then became the Clinical Facilitator / Senior Sister in charge of burns education for the St Andrews Burns Centre with an interest in Simulation training, I supported Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) with different Simulation training courses. In 2019 I took on the role of Lead Nurse for the London and South East Burns Network (LSEBN) supporting the nursing voice and leading the burns nursing forum in regional burns care delivery. I remain with a keen interest in burns education and Co-Chair of the Advanced Burns Module for University of East Anglia (UEA) and support overseas education with projects in multiple countries. During COVID I supported the London Nightingale for both openings supporting a quick pace change model of care. I moved on to the Burns Matron role in 2020 at Queen Victoria Hospital and then moved on to the Burns Matron role in Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in 2021 as I missed working with the larger burn injured patients. I am a Board member of the British Burn Association (BBA) and of the British Association of Critical Care Nurses (BACCN) where I represent the Board on the European Federation of Critical Care Nurses Association (EfCCNa). |  |

| Ms Yvonne Wilson MBChB, FRCS(Plast) Consultant Plastic Surgeon Yvonne Wilson is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon working in Birmingham in the West Midlands. After graduating from the University of Dundee, she trained in general surgery in Dundee and Glasgow, followed by plastic surgery training in the South East Thames Region, Sheffield, Edinburgh and a microsurgical fellowship in Melbourne. Initially appointed as a consultant in Edinburgh in 1996, she then moved to Birmingham to take up her current post in 2001. Her current interests are in all aspects of acute care for burns and other skin loss conditions, laser treatments for both scarring and birthmarks, and post burn reconstructive surgery. She is a past chair of the British Burn Association, past general secretary of the European Club for Paediatric Burns, a member of the Executive Committee of the European Burns Association (EBA), a member of Council for the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons, (BAPRAS) and a member of the British Medical Laser Association. She serves on Senate and as an instructor for EMSB (Emergency Management of Severe Burns course) and also instructs for EPALS (European Paediatric Advanced Life Support). |  |
| Mr Darren Lewis BMedSci, BM, BS, FRCSEd(Plast) Mr Darren Lewis a Consultant Plastic & Burns Surgeon based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, and Birmingham Children’s Hospital. He specialises in adult and paediatric burn care. Mr Lewis graduated from Nottingham University Medical School in 1998. He began his surgical career in Stoke-on-Trent before moving to Newcastle upon Tyne to complete his Higher Surgical Training in Plastic Surgery, obtaining the FRCS fellowship qualification in surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. During his time at Newcastle, Mr Lewis developed a sub-specialist interest in Burn Care and began his research into ways of improving outcomes for burns victims. This culminated in a post-graduate fellowship at the prestigious Western Australia Burns Service under the mentorship of Prof Fiona Wood. |  |
| Mr Peter Drew, FRCS(Plast), Consultant Plastic Surgeon I qualified from the Welsh National School of Medicine in 1985 and trained in surgery at various hospitals in South Wales and East Anglia, gaining fellowships of the Royal Colleges of England and Edinburgh in 1990. I trained in Plastic Surgery in the West Midlands, South Wales and Liverpool, and passed the FRCS(Plast) examination in 1998. I have worked as a Consultant Burns & Plastic Surgeon specialising in burn care at the Welsh Burns Centre in Swansea for the last 17 years and am now Director of the Burns Service. I joined the BBA in the mid 90s and have been an EMSB instructor since that time. I have served on the BBA Executive Committee for nearly 8 years and stepped down as Chair in April 2018. |  |
