The Laing Essay Prize is open to all involved in burn care and is awarded annually for an Essay of no more than 5,000 words on a topic to decided by the Board of Trustees each year.
The title for the 2026 Laing Essay Prize is “Defining Endpoints for Success in Burn Care”.
The closing date for submissions is: 5pm on Monday 30th March 2026. Submissions should be emailed to info@britishburnassociation.org.
The winner will be announced at the BBA Annual Conference in Nottingham on 17-19 June 2026.
